Hello. I spent nearly 10 years selling on that other site (you can check my feedback there; It's under the same ID as this one; over 3200 positives, 99.7%). But I thought I'd give this new site a try.

...is a West-London based power-trio strongly influenced by all things Sixties from both sides of the Atlantic. When listening to My Drug Hell you may discover Byrds-ian jangling guitars, Who-ish drumming, Beatle-esque production techniques, Kinks-y lyrics, Velvet Underground-like ramshackleness, Rolling Stones-type rough-and-readiness as well as some other strange and indefinable quality/thing/Presence that is uniquely theirs and which words alone cannot begin to describe. The band's first album ("This Is My Drug Hell") was recorded at the now famous Toe Rag Studio and gained international recognition with reviews ranging from "Pure Pop Perfection!" (NME) to "A Must Have!" (Q Magazine,) while spending more than three months in the US college radio charts. The single "Girl At The Bus Stop" reached Number One on various radio stations across the States, entered the yearlie Top 100 on Australias JJJ at No 57, was voted Single Of The Week on England's XFM, GLR and Radio 1 and has also been used for soundtracks (The Black Circle Boys, Origin Of The Species,) TV themes and a Miller beer commercial. 'This Is My Drug Hell' can be downloaded in full or separately from www.cdbaby.com as well as Napster, Itunes and the usual outlets, and it sometimes comes up on Ebay for about $5. My Drug Hell has recently completed recordings and mixes for their next album ("My Drug Hell's Second LP") at London's digital-free "Voltone Studios." Although one song is due to appear as part of Northern Star Records' psychedelic compilation series, MDH have not signed any form of deal for their second album at this time and invite any interested labels to get in touch via myspace or the band's website. www.mydrughell.com.
